据石家庄海关25日消息，今年前5个月，京津冀地区进出口总值同比增长5.9%，高于全国外贸增速1.2个百分点，占全国进出口总值的12.3%。

The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region saw its foreign trade increase by 5.9 percent year on year to 2.07 trillion yuan in the first five months of this year, according to Shijiazhuang Customs.

The region"s foreign trade accounted for 12.3 percent of the country"s total in the period.

今年前5个月，京津冀地区进出口总值占全国进出口总值的12.3%。

From January to May, the region"s imports reached 1.53 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4 percent, while its exports amounted to nearly 542 billion yuan, up 11.6 percent year on year.

今年前5个月，京津冀地区进口总值1.53万亿元，同比增长4%，出口总值近5420亿元，同比增长11.6%。

During the period, mechanical and electrical products accounted for about half of the total export value, while refined oil products posted robust export growth, up 81.7 percent year on year.

出口方面，机电产品出口占出口总值的50%。成品油出口大幅增长，实现同比增长81.7%。

Meanwhile, crude oil is the region"s major import item, occupying over one-third of the total import value. Imported high-tech products and agricultural products also registered rapid growth during the period.

同时，原油是京津冀地区的主要进口产品，占进口总值的三分之一以上。高技术产品和农产品进口增长较快。
